Cardinal Pulling Button String Pillow

My sister in Virginia recently gave me a jar of buttons that belonged to her mother-in-law. Many were vintage and I was thrilled to receive them. As a thank you gift, I created the pillow shown for her. She loves cardinals. A couple come to her deck daily to partake of the food she puts out for them. The buttons I used are some duplicates of ones I liked that I found in the jar.
